Soccer is the #1 sport in the world. That's because in most countries it's all they play and it's the only sport they know.
It's also very easy to follow.
God forbid some of us having to actually think during sports.

I don't know if this is the most popular sport in the world, but the most watched sport is auto racing, at least in the USA.

Soccer is. Most countries in the world play it. Next is Rugby then cricket baseball and basketball. Football is played alot in other countries. My fav. is Basketball Football ans soccer tied
