I adore Fountain Hills. If it weren't so far out, I would definitely live there! The housing is really rather pricy, you'll pay $350K for a small ranch. Nice shopping areas, but not the overpowering strip mall mecca that Phoenix is. Smaller quaint shops, art galleries, and a small handful of restaurants. The park in the center of town is very nice for a family outing. They have great festivals there. It's a quiet suburb away from all the hustle and bustle.

People who live in FH thinks it's great, and it is!
But now a trend is spreading that FH is only for preppies.
