Last night I seen a few huge tongan-like men come in the restaurant to eat, & the whole time their coat hoods were over their heads & they had sport-like sunglasses-I'm guessing they're "wanted by the "law" or trying to look "cool".-what's your opinion?

I've seen television footage or photos of celebrities with sunglasses on at night. I always wondered about that as well.
They will say it is because their eyes are sensitive.
I say they do it for two reason and ONLY these reasons.
1). They are really stoned and don't want anyone to see.
2). They think it makes them look cool.
We know the truth though don't we?

Could just be wanting to look cool like the people who leave tags still on their hats after they buy them(I hate that!). Or it could be a sensitivity to light. Of course you said they which implies more then one so I would say it was probably the first reason, because the likelihood that all of them were light sensitive is doubtful.

In their case..they were tryin' to be down with it...ppffttt!
I have worn them at night but only to drive,the glare affects my eyes in a bad way..Plus florescent lights trigger migraines so I wear them during the day alot as well..

NO CLUE WHY THEY WERE DOING IT, BUT I HAVE LIGHT SENSITIVITY AND FLURECENT LIGHTS TRIGGER MIGRAINES.
OTHER REASONS:
BLIND
WANTED BY THE POLICE
COVER A BLACK EYE
JUST LISTENED TO A SONG THAT TAKES ABOUT WEARING THEIR SUNGLASSES AT NIGHT
IT ACTUALLY IS A SCREEN T.V. THEY ARE WATCHING.
YOU'RE A BLUES BROTHER
JUST HAD DROPS IN EYES TO CHECK VISION
REALLY THEY ARE NIGHTVISION PROTO TYPE GLASSES.

I wear my sunglasses at night, so i can see........an old song....sometimes, people wear them if their eyes are sensitive to certain lighting.

Maybe they were following someone.
Maybe they were on a stakeout
Maybe they were Paranoid from using drugs and their eyes were red.

most people are trying to look cool.. but if you think they are wanted.. why didn't you get a good look at them to report it?

Either that are they were very hung over and the light hurt their eyes.
