What happens if no matter what you do, they don't agree with you.
You've satisfied all their needs, but they still don't accept it. Then someone else comes along and says the same thing.. and they follow her. And I'm suppose to be the director of the group.

Those in charge arent always those loved. But the team needs to respect the director, if it's to be a winning team. If they choose not to listen to your directives, then perhaps it's time to make a change for the best of the team.

Please do not think that some body hates you. People in the team love you. I feel that it is behavioral problem. You may be explaining your point of view logically. This is human nature to resist advice. The other person who says the same thing and team follow her because team members have no courage to oppose her or mere force of her personality team bows before her.

If you are getting paid a lot of money then stick it out..
