Are you getting enough exercise? Not to get personal, but that would also include sex!
How is you're general HF? Happiness Factor?
Cause' I am hearing, everything is good enough. But does it sometimes get even better than that? Happiness can be a great motivator.
Like is there a special someone right now? Or strong family and social relationships?
I tend to think if there is not, than they are not manditory. Although we live in a society these days that seems to be reinforcing that as real "interdependence".
I think if we think it has to, or must be that way, then I don't care what anybody says, That is just another form of society trying to keep us dependant. The only person we really need to depend on is ourselves. But it can be very nice to have others around.
Explore you're inner nature! Sounds very much like you are starting to do this, very much! Starting to realize this world alone cannot give you all you need. Course, not everyone comes to believe this, but the questioning could be a very good thing.
Now you could try coffee. If you haven't that could be why you're in tune with you're true nature enough to possibly do this questioning. Because you are already in harmony! That is Great, why mess it up? But knowing what to do with it can be much harder. All the answers and secrets of life do not come to us easily. Like the quote, "There are more things on heaven and earth, Horatio!, than are dreamt of in just you're philosophy.
Also remember that you're routine, as annoying as it may feel to you, may be totally normal.
There are schedules that mankind has followed through time that have been much more "normal" schedules then our day-to-day working.
Staying up at night was very normal for our ancestors! That is how we got here, they stayed up and watched over the cave. And stayed up to make us!
Seriously, the really good sleepers didn't stick around to long.
But also, check nutrition, get a health check-up, doesn't hurt, if this is a new situation or you would just like to look into it more.

Some people are naturally larks, others are owls. I prefer to get up early and enjoy the peace and quiet for a while.
Why not make a cuppa, open the window, or at least pull back the curtains, and go back to bed for half an hour, til the alarm goes off again.

I wake up, and get up, easily in the morning. Unfortunately, I do nothing but drink coffee (decaf after one regular), possibly watch the weather report and listen to music, for at least two hours. I can't even take my shower until two hours after waking.
I think that we need more fresh air and exercise during the daytime, along with a truly healthy diet. I'm half-way there, but still in no hurry to get going. Therefore, if I absolutely need to be somewhere early in the morning, I need to set the clock for at least 2 1/2 hours prior to my appointment.

I also feel like that!!! Not a morning person!!!
I generally just push myself to get on with it and carry on getting ready. It doesn't last so it is not an illness, it is just that some peoples bodies would rather be awake at the night and asleep through the day..........or you could have a stiff drink.......lol!!!

You can get this mp3player/alarm thing that basically plays a a song of your choice to wake you up,I don't know how much they cost or alternatively just an alarm/radio which basically does the same thing ,just tune it to your favourite station and you will be woken by that station every morning.

im pretty muh the same way, however when i exercised the day before pretty hard i usually have much more energy the next day... also try waking up and popping a b12 suppliment, always seems to help me get more energy throughout the day... also, maybe you arnt getting as good a sleep as you think you are, try video taping yourself at night and seeing how much you toss and turn and you dont even realize this, good be as simple as your pillow or your matress also... i know thats half y problem, i never get a good nights sleep. especially with two kids and my husband all trying to cuddle with me.

i think your life how it is might be the problem... you have everything good as is, you can say or average.. and u have generally everything in order and "A-OK!" so since u know what your routine is your body is just doing the usuall. try to spice up your life do something different, change your routine. feel pressure or try to take a challenge. its kind of like when your a kid and you know your going to Disney the next day or a theme park, you get so excited that u wake up with a breeze. so try something different in your life.

They reckon it's the point that your body wakes up - so you (like me) must wake up right in the middle of the heaviest period of sleep so it feels like someone's putting your brain through a mincer. I've heard that there's this 'natural' alarm clock that gives you better light so it's easier to wake up (see below). Even better another one that's tuned into your sleep pattern.
I've not tried either - I just sleep-in instead.

You may be waking up in the 'deepest' part of your stage three sleep cycle. Try sleeping in three hour bursts, awaking when your three hours are up and you will be 'closer' to the awake state when you come up from your slumber. Sleep is all about cycles, from going deep to coming up.

not really. I am the same way. I think you will just have to experiment with different solutionsa and see what works for you. I have started making myself get up even earlier so I can take longer to "become human" again. Although it sucks to have to get up even earlier, I do it anyway. because I need that extra time.
