Elephants! I was watching Good Morning America and saw that there were these two elephants who breeded 25 years ago and were seperated, one having not seen any elephant in those years let alone the one he breeded with.
When they got back together, they literally broke down the cage to get to eachother, they were still in love. They held trunks all night and obviously remembered eachother.
This was amazing because it showed that Elephants are, in fact, very social.

Hippos are far from cuddly. As a matter of fact...they can be pretty vicious toward humans.
