There are an infinite number of angles, and it is not necessary or possible to know them all.
However, a teacher would have to understand all the important relations among angles, of which there only a few.

It's not a matter of knowing all the angles, but understanding them. Once you understand angles, you can figure out any one you need.

Ever notice how when you're doing your homework, you start to notice patterns and such in your head, and start to memorize certain problems? Its the same for them, except year after year, they start to get pretty good at knowing these angles, plus their natural affinity for math, which led them to be a math teacher
