Sorry Shasha, but I will have to disagree with your touchy feely and give the whole world one great big hug here. While your offering them a hug, they are going to stab you in the back ! Sorry but I have to highly disagree with you.

A wise man once told me that people are terrorists because they are weak so to speak, they do not have the power to assemble an army or anything like that so they do what little they can...terrorize

It's all in the country. Government play the most important role.
There are countries who emphasise the importance of racial and religion harmony. There should not be a freedom of speech when touching race and religion issue. We have to be sensitive about it..even if the culture looks unethical or ridiculous. We must learn and study their culture or tradition and understand them. Not judge them. We do not want to create anger, hatred and feeling discrimination, offended etc etc for all the wrong reasons among ourselves. So why need to get rid of terrorism when we should not let it exist in the first place. It's all up to an individual. We all have a role to play to make the world a better place to live.
