I am having problems with the tenants of a rental house and their music. I don't want to call the police if it I can help it, is there a way I can get the contact information for the landlord of the house?

contact the city clerk in that particular city.

Your town's City Clerk is the place to start. They will be the one who issued either a business license for the landlord to rent the property out or they'll be the ones who collect the taxes on the property and will show who the registered owner is.

Try your town's website, and look under "City Departments".

The county tax assessor's web page should list the homeowner's name. Or your county assessor's phone # in your local phone book. With the full address, a phone call should also give you the homeowner's name. Then hope that the owner's name is listed in your phone book. Good luck!
