And what really bugs me about them is not that they are wrong most of the time; it's that they're so falsely confident and arrogant, standing up there with their smug smiles, new suits and slippery glib personalities of snake oil salesmen.

Predicting the weather is a crapshoot anyway, I don't expect perfection predicting Mama Nature.

yeah i always just look outside to get my preview. i like it when its pouring rain outside and they say "Well Bob! There's a 60 percent change of rain today..." well no crap its raining out right now!!

in Oklahoma it's beyond sickening. yesterday it snowed one inch. They cut all programing and covered the snow all day. 1/2 inch in one part of the state .. Closed down schools and all businesses. I grew up in Utah, where it snows many feet everyday in the winter. They don't even mention the weather. I agree with you i hate it.
