I wonder why you want open an Italian restaurant and you aren't Italian. I feel that to be Italian it's the first necessary requirement to open an Italian restaurant,don't you ?? Why don't you open an ethnic restaurant with the cooking of yr own country ?? I'm sure you'll not need to ask for our ideas about to furnish its interior.

Step 1 Make sure you incorporate to protect your credit rating.
Step 2 Get a gov't loan (SBA).
Step 3 Run the business into the ground.
Step 4 File bankruptcy. Fvck creditors over as much as possible keeping as much money for yourself as you can.
Step 5 Reopen a new restaurant with lots more money and experience.

regarding the interior and theme- rustic, exposed brick, vineyard, wine...
