I do not mean a one person dictatorship but political parties becoming a form of dictatorship. Politival parties getting their people in and trying to keep them in power to force rule over the masses.

What do all of these parties have in common? They try to put their people in all three branches of our government ruling every avenue in our nation.

No that's not considered dictatorship. It is any one parties ultimate goal but because of the way the law reads, it's still not considered dictatorship.
