Once a woman missed out her child in a crowded trade-fair! When she approached for the help of the police, immediately the question asked was "where did you leave your child madam; And when did you see your child lastly?"
I would like to ask you the same question, WHERE DID YOU LEAVE YOUR CONCENTRATION? AND WHEN DID YOU SEE IT LASTLY?
Then, we can easily go and re-get or re-gain the concentration for you again!
When thers is no internal mental disturbance, your mind would be focussed easily for concentration! Find out your distubing factor and remove it out first!

u want to regain concentration.. that means u have lost it and u want to bring it back..
first find out the real reason for loss of concentration.. is it that u have fallen in love with a girl... if the answer is yes. then..
ur problem is not of concentration..but, that ur focus of concentration has shifted .. so, i can give u only 1 tip..i.e, when u open ur books dont think of your girlfriend.. forget that she exisits..
now, u will ask.. how do i forget? .. if this question occurs to u..then let me tell u ... u r a intelligent person.
the method of forgeting goes like this... dont try to forget.. or else u will end up remembering him more and more.. just start looking at the words in ur books.. try to understand their meanings.. i can tell u that the real reason is not ur girlfriend.. but, the real reason is that u dont find the content in ur book more attractive than ur girlfriend... anyways.. forget all these reasons coz, they wont help u study.. just focus on ur book.. if its not happening... take deep breaths and see ur breath going in and out.. now count 1 to 10 and then start to study.. (this is the ultimate guru mantra)...if still r not able to focus.. then count from 10 to 25.. keep increasing till u get focus.. once u get it ... beleive me.. it will become more attractive than ur girlfriend.. and once u start getting good marks... u will realise.. nothing can give u more satisfaction studying.. and it wil turn ur life upside down !
ps: remember the techniques i have given and never the reasons
i hope it works for u as it has been working for countless students worldwide.. if it works.. please help ur friends who are facing similar trouble..

Five Thinking Strategies of Good Readers
Predict: Make educated guesses. Good readers make predictions about thoughts, events, outcomes, and conclusions. As you read, your predictions are confirmed or denied. If they prove invalid, you make new predictions. This constant process helps you become involved with the author's thinking and helps you learn.
Picture: Form images. For good readers, the words and the ideas on the page trigger mental images that relate directly or indirectly to the material. Images are like movies in your head, and they increase your understanding of what you read.
Relate: Draw comparisons. When you relate your existing knowledge to the new information in the text, you are embellishing the material and making it part of your framework of ideas. A phrase of a situation may remind you of a personal experience or something that you read or saw in a film. Such related experiences help you digest the new material.
Monitor: Check understanding. Monitor your ongoing comprehension to test your understanding of the material. Keep an internal summary or synthesis of the information as it is presented and how it relates to the overall message. Your summary will build with each new detail, and as long as the message is consistent, you will continue to form ideas. If, however, certain information seems confusing or erroneous, you should stop and seek a solution to the problem. You must monitor and supervise you own comprehension. Good readers seek to resolve difficulties when they occur; they do not keep reading when they are confused.
Correct gaps in understanding. Do not accept gaps in your reading comprehension. They may signal a failure to understand a word or a sentence. Stop and resolve the problem. Seek solutions, not confusion. This may mean rereading a sentence or looking back at a previous page for clarification. If an unknown word is causing confusion, the definition may emerge through further reading. When good readers experience gaps in comprehension, they do not perceive themselves as failures; instead, they reanalyze the task to achieve better understanding.

Lack of concentration is due to confusion. Confusion arises from unsystematic methods of functioning. So at first try to be systematic which will bring in confidence and you find that concentration has been regained.

1. read carefully.
2. close your eyes.
3. try to speak to yourself what you have read, word by word.
4. stop where you forget even a single word and begin reading from the begining again.
5. repeat step 2 and 3 again.
***start with a few words / then a few lines / a single page and here you go..................TOWARDS REMEMBERING WHAT U WANT .
