my ghost was in 1992 in an old house in perth on canning hwy crn of money road, everyone was in the kitchen sitting down for dinner and i was the last one in after washing my hands. Out of the corner of my eye i see a smokey grey shilloute walk from the main bedroom down the hall turn into what was the sunroom, (my room for the weekend). I turned my head back to the kitchen with this look on my face and the lady of the house goes "aww did you see him eh", im like "huh see what ahhh", "i'll tell you about him later"
apparently he was a chinese gardner that lived and worked at the house in its glory days,hes lifted mirrors and pictures off hooks dropped unbroken to the ground, turned kettles tvs videos lights on and off,footsteps and loud rappings, but never tried to hurt any one.
Before the house got redoveloped about 4 years ago the lady of the house had a budist come round and bless it .

I haven't seen one, but there is a ghost in my kitchen...
... and it is the woman who used to live here. Her name was Clara and she is mischevious. She open cupboards, and makes things fall when no one is close to the kitchen.
One time, only, though, she did try to harm me. I was at the refridgerator and she make a heavy wooden sign fall and it almost hit me. This was onle because my mom was on vacation, though, and she thought something went wrong.
I don't think that you can "see" a ghost (or perhaps you can and I'm not able, and, really don't want to)... but rather feel its energy. It can't walk (because if it goes through doors, why wouldn't it fall through the floor), but rather "floats".
So, the answer is yes. And I'll quote Mark Twain before I close this off...
..."I don't believe in ghosts, but I'm afraid of them".

I've seen a ghost in my home once. I was about 9 or 10. I seen the silhouette of a woman sitting on the floor with a man laying down with his head on her lap. She was stroking his head as if he were sleeping. I starting screaming, and when I did she looked up at me. I couldn't quite make out her features since the only light I had in my room was a night light. But I do remember her eyes, they were small and piercing, and her brow was furrowed as if to tell me to shut the fukk up. I ducked under my covers and kept screaming until my mother came into my room. As it turned out, my father had passed away that same night, my parents were divorced and he lived outside of the country, so we found out about his death the day after me seeing the ghosts. I guess that was his way of saying goodbye. And as for the lady, when I described her to my uncle (dad's brother) we decided she had to be my great grandmother whom my dad was very close to.

no not at my house but yea, once at my primary school, its over 100 yrs old nd some girl died in the toilets nd a man died there or something like that, they (friends) say they've seen the girl but i saw the man...not sure if he actually died there or sumfin else. we were pacticing for a concert nd i was bent over nd when i lifted my head sumthng walked past... someting that was not an alive thing....felt this enegry nd its presence.it was scary though cuz the hall is ancient!

Yes...well, I thought I did. I got up to use the bathroom one night and it seemed as though I walked through this big, thick, black...space? It wasn't like a blob or anything...I don't know how to explain it. It was just black. Freaked me out for the rest of the night. I'm still not sure if it was "something" or if it was just my subconscious mind playing tricks.

my old house was very haunted... i have seen shadows looking at me in the doorway.. shadows curled on the floor.. water in the swimming pool moving and footprints... t.v. antennas moving 360.. many more things but i can't put into detail not enough room here... there is a good ghost web site called shadowlands... lots of good stories..

No, never seen a ghost ~ but would love too! lol
The only thing that ever happened to me was sitting in a chair and having a feeling that someone was behind me and no one was there. Although I have had dreams that came true...but nothing ghostly.
Why? What happened to you?

yes I have a ghost in my house never seen it but felt it cold air feeling It has cause problems but I try to have a sense of humor my house is 110 years old
