Do you mean are there any new episodes of Inuyasha after episode 167? No there are no more new episodes at the moment, there's a rumour where they're going to wait for the manga to get further then continue the Inuyasha anime again.

Just adding on to what Danny said, but, the manga has been completed in Japan, with a whopping 46 volumes. The anime ending is about equivalent to volume 36.

So, if the InuYasha people had wanted to continue it, then they would have. Because, the Japanese would have continued, and us English-speakers, could merely hire a translator.
