Go to the doctor, you need an enema! You probably wont have to have it at the surgery, he will prescribe it and you will do it at home. It will relieve the pain very quickly. Once you have "been" increase the fluid and fibre in your diet to prevent it happening again;

I would suggest Fleet Enema suppositories but it looks like you do need medical attention right away. I wouldn't wait until Monday to go...you should go to the Emergency Room as soon as possible. You shouldn't be experiencing pain like that.

A blockage in the bowel is a serious medical issue. Not saying you have that but just letting you know.
You really do need to see a doctor urgently.
In the meantime all I can suggest is plenty of orange juice and prune juice.

Call the doctor - right away. He should do some testing to find out what is going on. Could be something simple that can be taken care of with a prescription for Miralax. Could be serious - need to find out.

I would say drink lots of fluids, take a laxative. But if it's been 7 days, I would suggest going to your doctor. Waiting on it just because you're afraid of what might have to be done might make your condition worse!

try eating some fiber, but i would call the dr. enema's are not as bad as you think. i had to do a fleet's enema kit where you have to drink this stuff that cleans you out but ask your doctor or pharmacist frist.

Try using a glycerine suppository first. This will loosen up any impacted fecal matter. Any drug store or Walmart type of store will have them.

I would try Phillips Milk of Magnesia... if that doesn't work, then I would go to the doctor.
