Your parents are paying for you to attend this school. By protesting you risk being thrown out. They would not be very happy. No, it's not fair, but Life's not fair. Just wear it if you're cold, if you don't you will freeze. Why make yourself more uncomfortable to prove a point. You will not win my dear.

Those are the rules of the school, and you are bound by them.
If you want changes, the best way to go about them is in a mature manner. Get people to sign a petition saying that you should be permitted to wear whatever hoodie you want. Don't disrupt classes to get the petition signed, do it on your own time, before or after school.
Present the petition to the principal or director, with a complete, respectful, mature explanation for why you think it should be ok to wear the hoodies of your choice. Or explain why the hoodies she has chosen are uncomfortable, sloppy, or undesireable for most students.
You may still have to wear uniform hoodies, which go along with the conformity of uniforms, but perhaps she will reconsider the type she chose and allow you to wear something more trendy.
Good luck in your endeavor.

I dont think there is much you can do. Its like getting a job and having to wear the work uniform. There not much you can do cause its company policy. Same with the school its school policy. This happened at my local hometown grocery store. We were able to wear cute tight tops under our apron then the owner sold to a corporate company and they made us wear these huge blue button up t-shirts that were way to big for us girls. All black shoes with NOTHING on them. It was horrible but nothing we could do.

Well a school (espically a private school) has to live up to standards, if kids were going in with all sorts of clothes on the parents would think the teachers have no control over there kids and since how manly posh parents kids go to private schools they might hate the idea of an unorganised school

i'd just wear it. i might whine for a little bit, but then i'd just wear the hoodies i want outside of school. having school uniforms is similar to having a job that requires that you dress a certain way, so do what your "boss" says unless it's hurtful or discriminating.

i could NOT stand having to wear a uniform! You should deffinately protest!!! I sure would. Everyone should be an individual! Everyone has their right of choice of what they want to wear.... at least your school should allow a different kind of hoodie or jacket.!
GOOD LUCK
