There are four points on four sides of square (one point on each side of square) and I have to construct this square (of coure I have only this points not a square). Please help me

Call your points ABCD in clockwise order. You start by drawing the circles or diameters AB and CD. You take the middle of the inner half circle which rests on A and B, and the on C and D. Those 2 points won't coincide in general. The line joining them cuts the exterior half circles in 2 points E and F which are a diagonal of your square. From here you are all set.

just line up as much as you can go horizontally or vertically or with another angles hehehe. then you'll find a square
