His name is Czar Nicholas II of the Russian Romanov dynasty. His wife is the Czarina Alexandra, a direct relative of Queen Victoria of the British Empire. The Czar and Czarina have four daughters, namely the grand-duchesses Olga, Tatiana, Marie, and Anastasia; they have one son (the Czarevitch, the heir to the imperial throne) named Alexei. Theoretically, all of them were murdered under the hands of anti-czarist revolutionaries.

They had 4 daughters and 1 son, one of the daughters was the famous Anastacia, who was believed to have been the last survivor of the family and many women around the world tried to impersonate her. Everybody is right about the Tzar's name: Nicholas II.
His wife was called Alexandra, and they were parents of the very famous Anastasia, who was considered during many years as the only survivor of the massacre that ended Russian monarchy.
