His name is Czar Nicholas II of the Russian Romanov dynasty. His wife is the Czarina Alexandra, a direct relative of Queen Victoria of the British Empire. The Czar and Czarina have four daughters, namely the grand-duchesses Olga, Tatiana, Marie, and Anastasia; they have one son (the Czarevitch, the heir to the imperial throne) named Alexei. Theoretically, all of them were murdered under the hands of anti-czarist revolutionaries.

Everybody is right about the Tzar's name: Nicholas II.
His wife was called Alexandra, and they were parents of the very famous Anastasia, who was considered during many years as the only survivor of the massacre that ended Russian monarchy.
