The last person to do a 9 dart finish live on TV was Raymond Van Barnaveld back in March last year in the Sky Premier league against Peter Manley.
The one & only to be hit at the Lakeside (Embassy) championships is still Paul Lim against Jack McKenna from Northern Ireland.
Phil Taylor hit one 18 months ago in the Budweiser UK open in the Reebok Stadium in Bolton. Phil has hit 2 or 3 while live on TV.
The First player to hit a Live 9 darter in Holland was Shaun Greatbach in the Dutch open a few years ago.
John Lowe was the firast to do it on TV.
James Wade is the last person I know of to hit 1 in a Tournament in November.

I was watching tv one night and saw Phil Taylor in 2006 throw a 9 dart 501 in a tournament in Las Vegas.
