How do deaf people get up for work without an alarm clock?

I think God wakes them up....least he could do innit

they usually get waken up by other ppl cos their snorin is so bad...believe iv witnessed it with my own ears...like a police car siren...not meant in ny offensive way...just sharin my experiences with others..its wot lifes all about...

another 1 is they can feel the vibrations of the alarm clock through the bed (if its loud enough) cos their other senses r developed more 2 compensate

some use vibrating alarm clocks that go under the pillow or like me have an alarm clock with a bright light that shines and flashes . Some are lucky enough to have a hearing dog who tell them the alarm is going off etc.

Btw for the person that says the carer can wake them up DEAF people do NOT need carers we are only deaf not disabled.

Vibrating alarms? or maybe they have a carer or dog to wake them up.

If they are lucky enough they have an assistance dog, who wakes their owner up when the alarm goes off. They are also trained to alert their owner to loads of other things, such as the phone ringing or someone at the door.
