I have white markings like dots all over on my notebook screen. Can anyone pls help me, and tell me what is it

Clean the LCD screen. Try restart, if it doesn't help, install newest graphic drivers. Get it to a notebook service. Look on warranty.

either ur videocard driver is screwed up or ur screen has physically dead pixels ...
