There are some special creams that women use after a curtain age (especially when women are older) that moisturises the vagina. Is it also used before sex to hydrate the area for more pleasure and less pain for the women. I think you can find this cream in any sex shop and also in any pharmacy.

KY jelly is great! There are a lot of over the counter lubricants that are available. Try the ones that create a warming sensation.........rub it on your partner then let him solve your problem. ENJOY!!

my gyn doctor does not like hormones unless a have to only case but he prescribed me a low dose of premarin cream to use in the vagina.....

Try to get your doctor to prescribe you evoxac. It stimulates your membranes to produce moisture. It may be Sjogrens Syndrome.

try a oil based lubricant like KY Jelly.
