I cannot take my breasts. I can't wear dresses that are not wrap or stretchy because my breasts are too big. I am a 14 from the waist down but can't even get into an designer size 18 dress because I am so top heavy. If there any professional trainers Help!

there are minimizing bras that aren't sports bras. i saw some at jc penny's a few days ago.
Consider loosing some weight, too (not that you're fat, but if you loose weight, your breasts will def. get smaller)

Usually when people lose weight they lose it in there breasts also. I would suggest running. Runners usually have smaller breasts. If that doesnt help you may consider a breast reduction when you are old enough. But you know what I never had the problem you have especially at 14 I wished I had big boobs. I think someday you will learn to love your womanly body and you will feel super sexy.
