MILEY is a girl. If you think there are so many questions, you would have known by now, that she is a GIRL. She is a singer, and her father is a singer too. And they're in the disney hit tv show, Hannah Montana. It's about this girl (miley) and she wants to live a normal life, asiding that she really is a pop star senstaion.
