Am I a psychic when I'm thinking of a song I haven't heard in years, and then I turn the radio on and there it is?! If so, I'm not a con artist, but I guess I could be an alien!

LOL Aliens...c'mon. I think the 'for real' ones are 'for real' and the fake con-artists are obviously fake. You can just tell. I believe that there are actually people with that gift.
