You should definetly try to wear some halter-style bathing suits. Especially bathing suits that have a bunch of ruffles or designs on the top. Try to pick a light bikini on top something like say, a string one that ties in the back and behind your neck too. As long as you have some sort of desing of sorts, frills, ruffles, crazy patterns on yoru chest, you'll be able to create the illusion that your chest is essentially fuller. I have small breast and I always find that wearing something like this helps. I've also noticed that they have little padded bathin suits or ones that are shaped like a push up bra and that might help you too.

I think the best thing is to just wear what you're comfortable in. I have the same problem and it took me months to find bathing suits. The truth is, brands don't really make sylish bathing suits for flat chested people and the only real answer is to wear something you feel good in.

Halter top bathing suits! Or one that are triangle shaped but sewn together and dont move back and fourth on the bottom. I have small boobs and these work awsome for me. They actually make me look bigger cause they tie at the neck and it pulls me in a little bit.

i have huge ones and i hate it, especially in swim suit season. try a bikini or tankini with push up or padding, or a halter. Embellishment in the chest area, such as ruffles or beading or something, should help that area look good too.
