The best place is on the neck. I read in Cosmo how to apply perfume to your hair. Spray a hair brush lightly with perfume and brush through hair. Repeat if desired. Just make sure not to spray perfume directly onto hair.

I would say the back of your neck. Since the perfume is kindda concealed by your hair, the scent doesn't run out as quickly, and when you turn around, people near you get a whiff of it, not like those that spray i allover themselves... if you do that, then all you do is stink up the room. I have experieced that no matter how great the perfume might smell, if you spray on too much, than all yu get is a big headache from it. I also suggest spraying in on your chest, ut make sure not to spray it on your clothes, as some perfumes do stain fabrics.

The best place to spray perfume is on your pulse points: behind the ear, inside of the wrists, etc. The way to spray your hair is to spray the perfume over your head and kind of walk or turn under the mist (do not spray directly on your hair, perfume contains alcohol and alcohol will dry the hair.

I put it on my wrist and under the hair on the back of my neck. I never put it on cleavage or neck. BECAUSE I used to date a guy with a beard and when he would kiss me or you know whatever on my neck then kiss me all I would taste was the perfume. So now it's only on the wrist and back of neck under hair. AND always remember "less is more". I used to work with a girl that left a lingering smell in our department very time she came around and people hated it. I finally had to tell her to stop using so much. Or just reapply a little throughout the day. It gooooes a long way! She seemed to understand and appreciated the comment.

Apply perfume on the pulse points, i.e. wrist, behind ears and on your cleavage (which is for your own enjoyment of the perfume).
Then spray perfume into the air and step under the mist - this will layer your hair and shoulders with a fine layer of the your fragrance.

Not your hair. The alcohol dries it out and there's no heat produced to hold the scent. Spray it anywhere that is warm - pulse points are usually the best: wrists, neck, elbows, behind ur knees. Don't rub your wrists together, it crushes the scent molecules.

Wrists and behind the ears. I say behind the ears because if a guy kisses u on the neck you dont have to worry about them tasting the perfume. Also the clevage but you may run in to that problem too....

i believe the best is on your neck and a little on the top part of your chest. those are areas that are generally more exposed (not including the face, because you wouldn't want perfume in your eyes). people would be able to smell your perfume better

Pulse points usually ... behind the ear, at the wrists and between the breasts. Some people put it behind their knees and at the nape of the neck.. (right at the hairline when you pick up your hair at the back of your neck.)
