Depends on how much money I'm getting and who the guy is. I'd probably do it cause I dont have a job right now :)..depending.

Well, obviously this depends if you know this guy or not.
If you do, and he's a friend, maybe you should ask him why he wants them, and clear up any questions you might have.
On the other hand, if you don't know him, I advise that you don't give them to him, because you never know where they will end up.

If I shaved my feet and painted them with nail polish, you'd never know it was from a DUDE! My feet look better than some females.

Definately not. That would be creepy for a guy to ask of pictures for your feet. I can't think of any reason he would want them except.. well.. you know.. *shudders* No thanks. Not even for money.
