What ones do you do? Do you do them for fun or profit?

knitting, embroidery, sewing. I do not do them for profit because it is not cost effective: people do better buying them from a company which can benefit from economies of scale and from lower labor rates. People say, "Oh, that sweater is so beautiful! How much will it cost to have you make one for me?" and when I say, "$2500" they decide not to buy!

I used to do homemade crafts for a 2 day craft sale, but have not done so in a while. I made quite a bit of money.
Now I just have fun with homemade crafts, scrapbooking, photography, and sewing. I really miss the extra money I used to make selling my items though!

All the crafts I do, I do for fun and to give as gifts. My favorite is knitting, with crochet being a close second. I love to make afghans. I have so many I could keep warm if I was outside in a blizzard!
I also sew, cross stitch, quilt... basically anything that you use a needle.

I scrapbook and it's fun. I like to put together pictures and put stuff around them of my family. I also love to paint ceramic bulidings not sure if that's a craft or not.

I craft for fun, though I did try to sell my things, but people expect things "cheap" around here, so I gave that up and just do it for fun. I make penny rugs, do punchneedle, primtive stitchery, and also make blankets for a local homeless shelter.

Yes...I quilt. Mainly baby bedding sets. Although, I was told that I could make lots money. I do it only for friends who want to customize their new baby's room. And fun.
