Look for a cleaning product GOO GONE. It is a yellow greasy liquid in a small flat plastic bottle ..First take off a gum with an old knife or other flat tool you planning dispose after procedure. Than use a cotton balls and Goo Gone to clean it up. Cotton balls keep more liquid than regular piece of fabric, Don't use a sponge. Don't forget to have a latex gloves on your hands and through away the tool unless you planning to step on chewing gum again.Than keep it somewere in garage for a next job (don't keep it at home you may end up using it for a peanut butter ;)). Good luck!

If you apply some ice cubes to the gum, it should harden the gum & then you can remove the gum by hand or using something to scrape the gum off with I have also heard of using peanut butter to remove gum from hair, furniture, carpeting, etc. Maybe the peanut butter will work on your shoe as well. Just rub it on, let it set a little bit, & then try to remove it. I'd sooner go with the ice cubes being that the gum is on your shoe. It may take a while for the ice cubes to harden the gum but it does work. Been there...done that!!!!

If the gum is stuck to the soles of your shoes, you can try using vinegar to dissolve and ease the gum off. You've got to soak it for a period of time before it will come off. But not the whole shoe, just the portion with the gum.
Hope it helps!

Put your shoe in the freezer to chip off frozen gum. As well as there is a product called "goofoff" you can purchase at a hardware store that disolves gums and adhesives. Have fun! =)

I heard of you put your shoes in the freezer(brrrrrrrrr) you will freeze the gum and it wil break off the shoe fairly easy witha butterknife to help you pry it off. However I have never tried this myself. It seems logical though.

rub the gum with a cube of ice. The cold should dry it and make it less sticky then you can take it out easly.

Did you try to put ice on it to make it hard so that you can then chip it off with a butter knife?
