first take him to court for child support,
while your at court put a restraining order on him not to call or come by the House unless the court says he can,
get the money from him and let the court keep him away , unless he is there to see his child, and if he gets out of hand, pick up the telephone and call the cops and have him taken out of your house
problem solved
if he is not paying for child support, you BETTER get to court NOW ! ! !
end of story PERIOD
just do it!

good luck

What you do with your life now has absolutey nothing to do with him!
Go to a lawyer and get a letter drawn up that he is only allowed to see his child on supervised visit OUTSIDE your home, can be arranged that someone else ( court offical, social worker, family friend) is there to supervise him.
Go for the alimoney, this will also show to him that he should be paying for his child and make him realise he has responsibilities and that you are laying down the ground rules not him and that wont accept that kind of behaviour.. Do you know his wife or in contact with any of his family? if you write her/his family a wee letter explaining you dont want nothing but involvement and alimoney for your child from him (a little help from her/his family can go along way, esp if it means getting earbashing from them as they might not know that this is giong on). A gentle reminder to him/family that its the relaitionship with his child he is hurting and as your child grows up they will see this for themselves.
As for disrepecting you, YOU and anyone that matters to you will know the truth and that's all that should matter, he is only showing how immature he is being to the world and including his family and friends.

Good luck and be strong. Be proud that you are doing for your son the best you can and your child will be proud of you when they older for that.

Dont think for 1 minute the other woman doesnt recieve her share of his verbal trashing.
Better her than you.
Time to move on and look for a solution away from the source of the problem

Yes honey, you do deserve respect, and if he keeps bothering you even by phone, get a RESTRAINING ORDER.

Ignoring his abusive behavior is just not enough to put an end to it. However, if you get the restraining order, and if he bothers you again, he will end up in a nice confy prison, where he will learn to respect you.

Best wishes. Don't let him abuse you anymore.

Send him a pair of boxing gloves and tell him to go spout that **** to a real man. Unless of course he's too much of a coward to do so.
