No, the clouds moving is a result of wind. You can follow more this link to get more info about how clouds move.

You can however see the earth spin! It happens everyday. As we know, the earth rotates around the sun and it takes one year to go all the way around. Well as we are rotating around the sun, we are also spinning. It takes 24 hours to spin completely around which, in most parts of the world, is the reason we have day and night. When our part of the world spins and faces away from the sun, we can see the stars because we dont have the sun blotting everything out. Here is a good article that gives a bit more info on how the earth spins.

Well they move when the earth spins but not because of it - the earth is always spinning at a constant rate - the same cannot be said of clouds.
I understand what you're thinking, the world is spinning on its axis and whizzing through space, why wouldnt that move the clouds? The reason is that space is not filled with air - theres nothing pushing against the atmosphere because space is a vacuum and if there's nothing pushing then no matter how fast you go, you won't feel resistance - only acceleration.

That's correct, and very intuitive. The earth spins when the clouds are moving. If you don't see clouds moving, that means the earth is standing still.
You should think about a career in science!

Yes. Clouds are actually pushed by winds, but winds are produced by the movement between warm and cold air, and the Coriolis effect of the spinning earth.

Whether or not the clouds move, the Earth is spinning. You would know if it wasn't.

Nooo. It means that it's breezy or windy. The proof of spinning is the sun's positions throughout the day.
