Yes. At Christmas time there was this house on a main road that had those lights you could mess with on the computer and tune into the radio station and one evening I was driving and everything was dark and then BAM! The lights came on and started doing all kinds of weird things. I thought Man, that could cause an accident! Especially if a drunk person came driving through.
