yes it sure could ,but i read in the paper the other day that their are still drought warnings in force in parts of the uk .so no washing your car or watering your garden now!

the industry doesn't help but it's englands general weather, it is predicted that london will be under water in years to come so technically it will then be a desert (no rain)
