Try changing their routines. If possible fence off that area(s) so they can't do their business there easily. Scrub the area with ammonia to remove as much of the scent as possible. I know this is hard with a porous surface like wood and cement, but give it a whirl. There are spray on products that will smell bad to the dogs but you won't notice it, much, but they only work if you scrub the surface first. The products out there are granules that contain caspian, cayene pepper, which causes an irritation to their noses. Doesn't hurt but bugs them enough to go elsewhere. Most animals sniff the area before going to the bathroom, so this should work for you. You also should establish your territory, and no I don't mean you should go and pee on your deck, well maybe that is an option, anyway, let the dogs out to go, and stand or walk in the areas that you don't want them, remove them from that area physically. You will have to do this repeatedly, which may be hard because they are outside when you are not home?? One other idea, a super soaker gun. Seriously, this works, but you have to be there when they are about to commit the crime. Hope this helps. Been there done all of this tricks.

I had good luck with a homemade 'soup' of garlic and hot peppers sprayed with a garden sprayer every few days. This works with most mammals like deer, rabbits, cats and dogs. Just boil garlic and peppers in a large amount of water, cool and strain.. if you don't make it too strong you should not be able to smell it but the animals will. Then you must train dogs to go where you want..use a leash and only let them' go' to the correct area.

dicipline(sp) now I dont know how old these dogs are but sounds like they were trained to do this or early on were only allowed to go on that type of surface either by force or being locked up to long anyways if possible each time they are in the house and tell you they need to go out you take them on a leash to where you want them to go and dont let them go anywhere else eventaully they will have to go but it will take work and ofcourse theres probly way better ideas but I do know it takes some form of training and there doing this because been a learned behavior from the past, good luck Kim

Go to petsmart and get this great 100 percent guaranteed product called BOUNDRY. They will not want to go near those spaces. Also, to get rid of the urine smells that are attracting them in the first place, use a good quality enzyme odor remover such as Nature's miracle or Simple Solution that will neutrilize the odor and eliminate it.

Dogs do not like to poop or pee in their own yard....take them walking and, to be a good neighbor, take your poop scoop with you....
