I am going to be designing and maintaining a web page and I am also going to be on the road alot. What is the best laptop for this and why?

any laptop will do it just make sure u have an isp (internet service provider) though or eles u cant do any thing i have my own site it can be done from any computer no matter how crapy but i would get a new one so that u know it doenst have any viruses on it or any thing like that

any laptop can do that even an old used one .... but if ur gonna be on the road alot i'd get a smaller lighter one with good battery life ... maybe a thinkpad ... or a generic dell ...
