i desire you dont have some type of clinical difficulty, yet any procedures you may not placed your self down continuously, try doing belongings you want to do jointly, if that dosent artwork discover some you time, run some bath water with bubble and in simple terms relax the hell out study a e book or something, the unhappy aspect is in case you dont straighten up quickly or replace your procedures you should free him in simple terms because of your insecurities your putting on him.
