Supposedly, all the mail is to be delivered by no later than 6 PM. It's now 2:45 and I just got my days allotment of junk mail. There have been days/nights when a substitute carrier was on the route that I never got it before 9 PM. So, they just keep going until they've got it all distributed.

i do no longer think the submit place of work can refuse to furnish mail to a registered tackle till there is an argument of protection. i think of you are able to desire to attempt going up the ladder, call the ordinary place of work. Or...you are able to desire to flow down the ladder. communicate the the mailman and clarify the subject. Assuming we are speaking approximately strolling around the line, once you're great to the guy he could consent to the transport regardless. in any different case, you will could desire to do %.-up on the interior of sight submit place of work. I had to try this for a while in a clean progression till the submit place of work labored out transport to the recent section.
