you are so pathetic. the fun of the game is leveling up. and anyone who has played long enough to have an account that good is not going to give it to you. give your brother a new account, and tell him the fun is in getting better, not being the best and knowing you didn't do it by yourself.

best thing to do is log onto the runescape site itself and ask around the users on there. someone will probably offer an account like that to you. they may want you to pay them for it though! I remember someone selling their account on ebay and asking £150 for it. Lol.
i understand that having a headstart on the game may improve the initial gameplay. im on about level 46 and its taken me ages!!
