i have never let my anger get the better of me in this situation. i have asked the cashier why they build all of the register stations if they never intended to have them all open....they dont know either...its not their choice...it is the managers...

mind your blood pressure and please don't have kids use the time queueing to relax and rest and think about things you don't get time to think about. don't go shopping when you are pushed for time life is to short to be angry over shopping
