As a student/person/what ever your status is, how can you show and live by the the virtue of fortitude???

Ok, for all you people who doesn't know what fortitude is...
fortitude is determination or strength and endurance in a difficult or painful situation

I think not acting impulsively. Don't walk off the job or end a relationship because you're angry, for example. Give yourself time to think it through before acting. Consider all the possible consequences of an action before acting. Be willing to deal with some discomfort while thinking it over; or even after deciding not to act (your feelings may not go away so quickly).

If by fotitude you mean fortune...lets my virtue was not by fortune it was by luck winning the lottery. It wasn't much, but lets just say I'm well off.
