You need to redirect your energy to solving the problems that are making you angry rather than letting yourself become consumed by them.
Feigning happiness will only exacerbate your problem.
The first step to diffusing your anger is to address one problem at a time. Think through the primary issues that you have and then randomly select the one that you want to attempt to solve today.
Next, clearly define why this particular issue is making you angry and then systematically devise a solution set for its resolution.
If the problem is simply a difference of opinion, most of these types of confrontations can be resolved if you calmly but firmly propose a non-physical solution to resolve the conflict. If your adversary refutes your solution, suggest that he provide an alternative. If he again refuses, you must then tell him that you are unburdening yourself from this conflict and then walk away.
All that one can be expected to do in life is to address life's problems one by one as they appear, devise a solution, and then attempt to implement it.
If you are unsuccessful, you must then accept that outcome and go to the next problem. In other words, let it be.
You don't want to continue to pile one problem onto another. That weight will eventually become too much to carry.

Get to a private place and scream out your anger. Find something you can hammer with and go outside and beat on a rock or something that you won't hurt yourself with until you feel the anger letting up.
The best thing to do is to go to the person or persons you are pissed at and get it out in the open. If you let this eat at you, you will become very bitter. If you lose friends because of it, then you don't need those kind of friends.

Find a tree stump that someone wants removed from their yard, get an ax turn on some rock music and have at it....it helps to picture the person you are mad at or the thing you are mad at (like say cancer)...

Being pissed will only alienate YOU.
So you deal as best you can.
ask your doctor for help. Could be hormonal, or something else.
