I would reccomend looking on iTunes. You can buy all the episodes seperately for $1.99.

I'd try youtube and limewire first. If you have no luck there (sometimes they have the episodes but they are not full length), they have all of the One Tree Hill episodes at http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com They have a small sign up fee but it is a one time thing only and after this you get unlimited access to old and new episodes of shows including full series.
