Saw this on oprah and could only wonder, if these parents work what do they pay ALL the peers under them $10-$18 an hour.

Listen, anytime that there is a party to be given, people in rich circles are actually expected to do this. They don't throw these parties for the kids.
Trust me, I've catered at a very posh place in one of Long Island's Harbors. It's not about the kids, the kids just don't know that.
These are excuses to not only show off, but opportunities to entertain the same people who threw lavish parties that you yourself went to.
And yes, excess is disgusting.
But don't associate it with the event, or religion, or anything liek that.

That is the silliest thing that I have ever heard. 10 million dollars?????? Do you know what 10 million dollars can do for the U.S. and other countries. OMG!!!! The idea that these people gave their daughter a 10 million dollar batmisvah, further lets me know that they will be really broke by the time she turns 16.

I guess I'm from the flintstone days. I never thought it was any of my business what some one did with "THEIR" own money. If they spent it it means now they don't have it and it was spread around to others. But then I guess you'd never heard if they had bought $10 million in gold and stuck it in a safe deposit box. Which would be worse.

ain't it real...sick to my stomach is what it does for me.....and their kids, what's next? I'll just bet it is drugs...not being negative but look at a few rich stars, Britney Spears, what a nightmare, lock up time....m. jackson, puke....farrah fawcett, so many of the public loved her, all she did was grip about the attention, and the heroin, gimme a break...so put upon, they make me sick...and the picture of britney spears I found on the web, ain't that public lewdness, her pee pee, I thought I'd seen it all, nut ward is where she belongs, all these young kids that love her, and this is what she thinks of peoples kids, trash doesn't even begin to touch what she is, notice the similarities? they need to check their dope levels... there arer too many to name? did I forget to mention an insult to our intelligence?
