Congrats!!! It's always exciting when you become pregnant.
Anyway, If you're smoking/drinking stop asap.
Next tell the daddy to be and any other family or friends you would like to know about it.
Then..Make a doctors appointment asap and your doctor will tell you what will happen next...
...Then if you don't already start eating healty.
...Then in a few month have fun getting the babys room done up...
Then have your baby!!!
Then watch him/her grow up and see her/him in the same position as you are now then this is a weird thought but then you will be a nan/granny!
Congrats again and have fun through-out the next 9 months and get as much rest as you can because the second your little bundle of joy arrives your life will never be the same!!!
Trust me...lol...I had my first child at the age of 14...she was sort of an accident but Im sooo glad my mum was sooo supportive and I don't know what my life would be like now without my daughter and son.
Have fun!

Assuming you're happy about this, congratulations!
If you're in the UK see your GP next week. (S)he may or may not repeat the test- most accept that you can read a positive test. She'll then refer you to the midwife attached to the surgery, or maybe just tell you to make an appointment with her (if you want a termination, she'll discuss that in depth and refer you to an appropriate clinic for counselling and the termination if it's what you want). The midwife will usually see you at about 10- 12 for a 'booking' appointment. This takes about an hour and gets you into the system- fills in your notes (which you keep- you need to take them to every appointment), takes blood, arranges a scan and discusses whether or not you want any screening for Down's Syndrome or Spina Bifida (worth thinking about this before you go). She will also discuss with you where you want to give birth- hospital (may be a choice of a couple) or home and who you want to be your primary care giver- consultant or midwife. Many 'low risk' women are only cared for by midwives- they refer to doctors if they have any concerns.
In the meantime, think about who you want to tell- don't rush to tell people, it's very early days. Lots of women/ couples don't tell anyone til they're 12 weeks, when the greatest danger of miscarriage is past. If you're not taking folic acid yet get some ASAP- 200mg a day massively reduces the chances of your baby having spina bifida. Avoid soft or unpasturised cheese, any unpasteurised dairy products, undercooked meat, soft eggs, pate, shell fish and emptying the cat litter tray. Also ensure that ready meals are properly heated.
Otherwise just chill and be gentle with yourself. No hurry to do anything (apart from getting folic acid). Good luck!

Well, first of all congratulations...First of all if it will help u call or go to your local department of children and families or go to there website and apply for pregnant women medicaid..It helps a lot. It will cover everything while your pregnant, ultrasounds, prescriptions, pelvic exams, appts, delivery, hospital stay etc. U will have to pay nothing for the whole 9 months and 3-6 months therafter. Secondly, after applying for the medicaid if u would like it then set up an appt for your doctor. Most doctors dont see you until around the 7th + week anyways,so u still have some time. Go to your local walgreens or pharmacy and pick up some folic acid tablets and some stuart prenatal vitamins until u get some from your ob/gyn. Otherwise just enjoy your new pregnancy..Good Luck!

1. Get an appointment with your regular doctor to confirm the pregnancy.
2. Buy some prenatal vitamins and take them daily.
3. Get plenty of rest, avoid unhealthy habits like smoking, drinking, etc. and eat a balanced diet. Keep getting regular exercise.
4. Tell your child's father that you are expecting.
5. Talk to friends and family who will be supportive about your pregnancy.
6. Ignore the horror stories some people love to tell about how horrible their pregnancy, labor or delivery were.
7. If you need help, contact a local crisis pregnancy clinic. They can do a repeat test, give you financial assistance, some have free ultrasounds. They can help you get insurance coverage if you need it. They can help with supplies you might need or counselling.

If you are a teen then tell your mother or father or guardian. If you are an adult then make an appointment with the women's clinic or your personal OB/GYN. There you will be given another test to verify your pregnancy. If pregnant, you will immediately begin prenatal vitamins and be scheduled for routine check-ups that will increase as you get closer to your time to deliver. It is vital to have prenatal care for the success of having a live delivery.
If you don't want to have the child once you are certain that you didn't receive a false positive. You will want to discuss with the father of the child the options available to you and what it is you will do.
You will then read , read , read!

Relax and enjoy your little secret for a while.
Reading the answers above it all depends on where you live as to what to do next.
Here in England you need to make an appointment to see your GP, who will tell you exactly what you need to do next. He will arrange for the midwife to get in contact you, and she will arrange for your first scan, (it depends which part of the country you live in whether you get 1 or 2 routine scans and at what week)
If you are only about 6 or 7 weeks pregnant there is no rush to do anything yet, as there is very little to do at this early stage, except enjoy and appreciate the little miracle growing inside you.

Congrats. Now you start eating healthy and getting your rest. Call your doctor to confirm the pregnancy and your doctor will let you know what to expect in the 9 months ahead of you. Tell the father that you're pregnant and anyone else (like close friends and family members) that you're expecting.

Congrats! Well, first of all: contact 'daddy' and inform him as well. Then buy yourself some pre-natal supplements (very, very important) and arrange to go and see a Doctor. He'll probably do another pregnancy test & send you to have a blood test to confirm the outcome. Then it is up to you to take things easier, get a lot of rest & enjoy your pregnancy. Good luck girl!
