I am writing an essay on the Pelagian controversy and I want quotes to support arguments about his attitude towards original sin.

wiki has several links to the works of Pelagius, but I can find no record of his expostion of Romans, although it does seem to be his commentary on St Paul's letter to the Romans, if that helps with your search.. From what I can find out, a lot of his works do not exist any more; you have to work from the synods that were held against him.
The Letters of Pelagius edited by Robert Van de Weyer may be what you are after, but I cannot find it on line for you to print off - perhaps you can have better luck!
