how to make your eyes bigger and catty at the same time?

how do you make you eyes bigger AND adriana lima-ish at the same time?
remember i'm only in middle school so nothing too dramatic..
like nothing like deep blue or purple eye shadow..
lol
how do you make with like let's say brown or black liquid eyeliner..or eyeliners..
and does the white eyeliner under your eyes actually work to make your eyes appear bigger?
what products have you tried and ultimately liked?

put eyeliner halfway. never line the inside of your eye with a dark liner. only use white , gold or pink liner or eyeshadow on inner eye then rub it in with your finger so you can see it but its not like a straight line. mascara: put wand at bottom of lashes and wiggle it. it makes you lashes look longer and opens up your eyes to make them look bigger. and to look catty apply a little liner at the outer corner of your eye and curl the ends of you lashes up. use brown eyeliner at daytime black at night. same thing with mascara. go to seventeen. com or about. beauty.com for beauty tips.

You dont want to use any eyeliner, it make your eyes look smaller.

If you must wear eyeliner, try these tips.
Use eyeliner only on the outer rim of the eyelids, not the inner rim.
Blend eyeliner with a cotton swab rather than leaving it as a harsh line.
