It obviously varies for different people. For me it was about 2 months - if you are young you should recover much quicker. Play sports, play on the computer. GOOD LUCK

I don't know, but I'm sure it depends ont he situations as well as the body.
Even though some say that the nicotine is flushed in 24 hours, etc., I think the body learns to expect nicotine everytime you take that break with your coworkers, etc. And if you smoked a lot, that's more that the body has to learn to not expect it, is all.
Hang in there!

Not long. The more water you drink, the faster is leaves. And oh yes, no more nicotine or thc. Exercise will speed up the process. More vitamins and minerals will speed up the metabolism.

Nicotine withdrawals can last for weeks. THC shouldn't have any withdrawal symptoms other than being more clear headed!

For a couple of weeks at the most. However, you from time to time will always have that sense of wanting to pick up a cigarette again. To help you with the withdrawls, drink orange juice. My doctor recommended it when I quit. It helps flush the nicotine out of your body, helping reduce the cravings for another smoke.
Pray for God to give you strenght to overcome this battle. You will prevail!
God bless and best wishes!

Physically, the withdrawal only lasts 3 days. In that time, your body has rid itself of all the toxins put in there from smoking. After that, it is all psychological. This part varies from person to person. Some people will always have cravings. You just have to be strong enough not to cave into them.

I quit smoking 7 years ago. I never had any symptoms from quiting. They are all in your head and it doesn't help that society tells you that you will have symptoms. I never did and I never turned back. I quit cold turkey.
