how to learn redhat linux on online?any sites are there and wantto learn the advanced features of linux also. in company many are using linux. so i want to learn it.

Have a look at Fedor, and go over to http://www.redhat.com and check out the various mailing lists.
Some can be quite high volume, but they have a great tolerance of questions from new users.

The versions are much the same as far as commands go. Some distros use rpm files and some are deb.SuSe was the most complete package I ever installed,Ubuntu and Kubuntu are free downloads and seem to work fine.
